Disney Through The Decades

Disney Through The Decades

Walt Disney once said, “I hope we never lose sight of one thing - that it was all started by a mouse.” Last week on the Airship, we also started our journey where it all began, With Mickey Mouse. The Mouse was a fun character to emulate. What's not to love? Charasmatic, charming, full of life and spunk, ever the optimist, and one heck of a swell whistler. Boy, oh boy, I wish I could whistle.

The second place we found ourselves on this time travel was an odd little cabin in the woods in the 1930's. There were the freindliest little critters and birds and funny little men... Well it seemed quaint until the witch tried to poison me to death. I did get some stellar singing lessons out of the exile though.

The next stop on our journey this week was a magic castle. Lucky for Donald here, Mickey traded the cow for some beans. I know what you're thinking... That doesn't sound like good math... but you see, they were magic beans! That's right... well, you'll just have to watch 'Fun and Fancy Free', and find out for yourself.

After fighting off giants and a long cold excursion running from that wretched Cruella, we were happy to end it all safe and warm with 101 new friends. We settled nicely into the comfort of Roger and Anita's home.

We hope you had a very refreshing first week of January and hope that you will join us as we strive to continue our path towards Joy in 2021.
